Varina Aesthetics Booking Requirement Policy

Thank you for choosing Varina Aesthetics, located at 609 Attain Street, Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our booking requirements:

  1. Appointment Reservations: All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment.
  2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the service cost is required at the time of booking for services exceeding $100. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.
  3. Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian to receive services.
  4. Arrival Time: Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other clients.
  5. Health Considerations: Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect their treatment during the booking process or consultation.
  6. Service Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation via email or text. Please review the details and contact us immediately if adjustments are needed.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements or for any reason deemed necessary by our staff.

Varina Aesthetics Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To maintain a fair scheduling system for all clients and staff at Varina Aesthetics, please adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a fee. You may cancel via our online booking system, by phone, or by replying to your confirmation message.
  2. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
  3. No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost. Deposits will not be refunded in this case.
  4. Rescheduling: Appointments rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice will not incur a fee, and any deposit paid will be transferred to the new appointment time.
  5. Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if an unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending your appointment, and we will work with you to find a solution at our discretion.
